Our Swan Lake location is located in a quiet and serene neighborhood.  It is immediately apparent why Swan Lake is unique as soon as you enter. We make every effort to welcome every one of our residents and treat them with equal affection and respect from the exquisitely updated fireplaces to the dining area with a view of the lake, to the in-house services, meals prepared with love, and the overall ambiance. This updated community overlooks the lake. The residents will not only enjoy the view of this beautiful home but will love the large front and back deck where they can enjoy the view. This community has large bedrooms and large closets with spacious storage places, and our master suite is available with access to their kitchen. This beautiful home is located in Minnetonka with nice shopping centers within short driving distance.
